You can read every page on this site without an account, and nothing you do is sold, shared or used to build a profile of you. There are no advertising trackers and no analytics scripts. Most of what the site remembers about you never leaves your own browser.

These are stored on your device and are never sent to the server unless you sign in and ask for them to be:

• • Your watchlist, if you are not signed in. It lives in local storage in your browser. Clear your browser data and it is gone, and nobody else ever had a copy.
• • Which of the three views you chose: day, night or newspaper.
• • Which language you are reading in.

• • If you create an account: your name, email address and a password that is stored only as a one-way hash. Nobody, including us, can read your password back.
• • If you use the watchlist, portfolio, alerts or practice account while signed in: the shares and figures you entered, so they are there on your next visit and on your other devices.
• • Sign-in attempts: the time, the email tried and the network address, kept so that repeated failed attempts can be blocked. This is a security measure, not analytics.
• • Ordinary web server logs kept by our hosting provider, which record the pages requested and the address they were requested from. We do not analyse these.

• ❌ No advertising, no ad networks, no retargeting pixels.
• ❌ No Google Analytics or any other visitor-tracking script.
• ❌ We never sell, rent or share your personal information with anyone.
• ❌ We do not ask for and never store your BO account number, broker details, national ID or any payment information.

When you ask the assistant a question, that question and the market figures relevant to it are sent to Google Gemini, and to OpenAI if Gemini is unavailable, so an answer can be generated. Those companies process it under their own terms. Do not type anything private into it. Your conversations are stored so the chat still reads sensibly when you come back, and you can delete them at any time.

The site runs on servers rented from Hostinger. Market data is collected from public sources, chiefly dsebd.org and Bangladesh Bank, and none of it is personal information about you.

Write to us and we will do any of the following, at no charge:

• • Tell you exactly what is stored against your account.
• • Correct anything that is wrong.
• • Delete your account and everything belonging to it. This is permanent.
