Nothing on this site is a recommendation to buy, sell or hold anything. The scores, rankings, health warnings and signals are arithmetic applied to published figures, nothing more. They are not a forecast, they are not personal advice, and they take no account of your circumstances. Every decision you make with money is yours alone, and so is the outcome.

We are not licensed by BSEC as an investment adviser, portfolio manager, broker or dealer, and we do not act as one.

Prices, financial statements, dividends, shareholding and announcements are collected automatically from public sources, chiefly dsebd.org and Bangladesh Bank. We do not create the figures and we cannot correct them at the source.

• • Prices are delayed and are not a live trading feed. Never place an order based on a price shown here.
• • A source can publish a figure late, change it, or publish it wrongly. When that happens this site is wrong too, until the next collection.
• • Collection can fail. A page may show older figures than it appears to, and every page names the session its numbers belong to for that reason.
• • Anything the site works out itself, such as a score or a warning, is clearly explained on its own page so you can check the reasoning rather than trust it.

Reading, and using the tools for your own decisions, is free and always will be. What is not allowed:

• • Automated scraping or bulk downloading that puts load on the servers.
• • Republishing the data as your own product or service.
• • Presenting anything from this site as official information from DSE, CSE or BSEC.
• • Trying to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to any part of the site.

• • An account is optional. Everything on the site can be read without one.
• • Keep your password to yourself. Anything done through your account is treated as done by you.
• • The practice account uses imaginary money. No order placed there reaches any exchange or broker, and no share is ever bought or sold.
• • We may suspend an account that is being used to attack or abuse the site.

The site is provided as it is, with no promise that it will be available, uninterrupted or free of errors. It may go down, lose data, or be discontinued. Alerts may arrive late or not at all, so never rely on one to protect a position.
